Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 2b999 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2b999 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that all users review this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 2b999 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any service on this Platform.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity. Corporations or legal entities may not register personal gaming accounts.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of a 2b999 employee or associated business partner.

2b999 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age from any user at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of these eligibility requirements may be suspended or permanently closed, and any funds may be withheld pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 2b999 Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to promptly update your account information whenever it changes. The following actions are strictly forbidden:

• Registering under a false name or impersonating another individual.
• Providing fraudulent identification documents during the KYC verification process.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

2b999 supports the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, as well as Visa and Mastercard where applicable. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal requests:

• Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are displayed on the payment page and may vary by method. Please check the current limits before initiating a transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit (same-source withdrawal policy). This is a mandatory anti-fraud measure.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Processing time may extend to 3 business days in cases where additional account verification is required.
• 2b999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction. Accounts under investigation may have their withdrawal requests temporarily held pending review.

All deposited funds must be used for wagering on 2b999 services only. Deposits may not be used for money-transfer, payment-processing, or any purpose other than legitimate gaming activity on the Platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

2b999 offers promotional bonuses, welcome bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonuses are awarded on a per-account basis. Each eligible promotion may be claimed once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times via duplicate accounts constitutes fraud.
• 2b999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, the decision of 2b999 management shall be final and binding.
• Players must use bonus funds in accordance with any game restrictions noted in the promotion. Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) toward the wagering requirement rollover.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for a limited period as stated in the specific offer terms. Unused free spins will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

6. Responsible Gaming

2b999 is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We recognize that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become a problematic behavior. We strongly encourage all players to treat gambling as a form of entertainment, never as a means of generating income. Players are reminded that gaming outcomes are determined by RNG-certified random processes and cannot be predicted or influenced.

Players may request deposit limits, cooling-off periods, or full self-exclusion at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team. 2b999 will action any such request promptly. We also ask parents and guardians to use appropriate parental control software to prevent underage individuals from accessing online gaming platforms. If you believe gambling is negatively affecting your life or the life of someone you know, please reach out to our support team immediately.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2b999 Platform and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform to launder money, process illicit funds, or engage in any activity that facilitates financial crime.
• Employing any form of software, algorithm, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to fix match outcomes or exploit promotional structures in a manner not intended by the operator.
• Charging back deposits via a payment provider after wagering funds on the Platform (chargeback fraud).
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior toward 2b999 staff or other players in any communication channel.

2b999 actively monitors for suspicious activity patterns. Any account found to be involved in prohibited conduct will be permanently closed without recourse, and applicable authorities may be notified where legally required.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 2b999 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of 2b999 or its licensed content providers. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, displayed, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 2b999.

The 2b999 brand name, logo, and associated marks are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized use of any 2b999 branding in any medium, including social media, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

2b999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2b999 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 2b999 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform at all times.

In no event shall 2b999, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if 2b999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Privacy

Your use of the 2b999 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We strongly encourage you to review the Privacy Policy in full before registering an account.

11. Amendments to Terms

2b999 may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. Material changes that significantly affect your rights will be communicated through a platform notification or email where possible.

If you continue to use the Platform after any revision to the Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the amended Terms in full. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and may close your account by contacting support.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the 2b999 Platform shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, 2b999 encourages players to contact our support team first so that we may seek an amicable resolution. 2b999 aims to resolve all player complaints within 10 business days. Where a resolution cannot be reached internally, disputes may be referred to a recognized independent dispute resolution body. By using the Platform you agree that any unresolved dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration rather than litigation in a public court.
